Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 13 July 2026
These terms apply to appointments booked with Heel & Beyond Podiatry and to the use of this website.
Appointments
Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment exists only once we have confirmed it with you directly. We may decline a request where the location is outside the area we can reach, or where the concern falls outside the scope of podiatry.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed on the Services page and are payable at the end of your appointment. Where a treatment plan changes on the day, any difference in price will be explained and agreed before it is carried out.
Additional travel charges may apply depending on your location. Any such charge is confirmed before your appointment, never afterwards.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please give as much notice as you reasonably can so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Scope of treatment
Heel & Beyond provides podiatry care within the scope of practice of a registered podiatrist. We do not prescribe medication. Where a condition requires medical treatment, imaging, or specialist input, you will be advised to see your GP or referred onward.
Medical emergencies
This website and the booking form are not a route for urgent care and are not monitored around the clock. If you have a foot wound that is not healing, spreading redness, or sudden severe pain, contact your GP or NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
Information on this website
Content on this website is general information about the services offered. It is not medical advice and should not be relied on as a diagnosis. Advice specific to you is given at your appointment.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
