Yes. Every appointment is a home visit. All equipment is brought to you, and treatment takes place wherever you are most comfortable, usually a chair in the living room.

An initial assessment allows the most time, as it includes a full assessment as well as treatment. Follow-up appointments are usually shorter. Exact timings are confirmed when we book you in.
Payment is taken at the end of your appointment. Accepted payment methods are confirmed when your visit is booked.
Yes. Please give as much notice as you reasonably can so the slot can be offered to someone else. Call or message to change an appointment.
A conversation about your general health and what has brought you to podiatry, an assessment of your feet, treatment on the day where appropriate, and clear advice on what happens next.
Yes. Diabetic foot assessment is a core service, covering circulation, sensation, skin and nail condition, with preventative advice and referral guidance where appropriate.
Ingrown toenails are assessed with conservative treatment and advice in the first instance. Nail surgery can be discussed if it is clinically suitable for you.
Somewhere to park nearby is helpful, as equipment is carried in. If parking is restricted or permit only, note it on the form and we will plan around it.
Not at present. Where medication is needed, for example for an infection, you will be advised to see your GP, and given a clear explanation of what to ask for.
